I have Seen

I have seen many sad,
I have seen many do bad.
I have seen great pain,
I have seen many struggle with their brain.
I have seen great comrades,
I have seen many that stay mad.
I have not seen a whole lot of glad.
I have seen many try and give up in vain,
I have seen to many that could not foresee their gain.
I have seen too many jump prematurely off the train.
I have seen as a TEAM we learn to stop playing the blame game.
