Dear friends, what the last month has taught me is
we should not be the last person to know a diagnosis
we may have. I had my records reviewed by my cannabis
consultant. I was told that my doctors have known I had kidney
disease since 2001. But they did not write it in the diagnosis nor
did I find out until days after my kidneys totally shut down. I am
sure I would have done many things differently if I had just known
the diagnosis when they learned it 13 years ago. Caregivers I do
know how full your plates are but sometimes it means reading every
surgery report to get to the bottom of all our diagnosis's. We cannot
be sure our doctor's are reveal that can be potentially life threatening.
Due diligence to protect ourselves is needed every step of this journey!
Please learn from my near fatal experience. We cannot count on our
doctors to tell us all our risks we must investigate for our own and our l
oved ones sake! Hang in there my friends, we just need to police our
doctors whether we feel like it or not!
