A Story of Hope

Dear friends, I would like to share a true
"feel good" story of HOPE! I had my first
seizure the day my mom had a 15 pound
ovarian malignant tumor removed. Her
surgery was 6 weeks after we buried my dad.
My mom is an amazing woman and has survived
chemo and radiation several times. Eight weeks
ago I was able to deliver the greatest gift I knew
I would ever be able to give my mother. She had
the opportunity to see me seizure free for the first
time in 23 years. As a mother, daughter, sister and
grandmother, I truly do know what a gift this was!
My mom learned to use facebook at age 80, 6 months
after I was finally able to learn myself.   Today she
gets to witness the miracle her daughter has experienced
even though travel is difficult for me and impossible for
her. I assure you neither my mom or I expected to see
this miracle in OUR lifetime! Never lose HOPE!
